When do we meet?

A typical coaching arrangement is based on 6 sessions. They last from half an hour to an hour, depending upon you (the client), the issues involved and also ‘what works’. We can meet once a week or once a fortnight and we can change this to suit ourselves.

The coaching plan is flexible and based around your needs so we are able to cancel, amend or adapt the arrangements as it progresses. There is the usual obligation to pay for a booked session if you cancel without giving 24 hours notice.

The aim is to complete the coaching plan within six sessions in order for us to stay focused on achieving your goals. This keeps the coaching relationship fresh and also focused on finding solutions and helping you remain independent.

Where do we meet?

We can meet at the client’s home provided there is a parent or other responsible adult present for the duration of the visit. We can also meet at a neutral venue like a coffee shop, or youth and community centre. I am unable to offer appointments at my home address for reasons of safeguarding and insurance.

Are you DBS checked?

I currently hold a certificate for Enhanced DBS check (previously known as the CRB check) and Public and Professional Liability Insurance.
